I have been here already but to sit at another area the ambiance was already very different, almost like a pink multiverse.
The afternoon tea set was $288, including 2 drinks already. Given the location and the decor, this was quite a bargain.
We ordered the signature tea drinks, which was peach tea that day.
Despite the desserts looked quite small, it was all quite fulfilling. The lolly cheesecake was rich. The Chia pudding was full of chia giving it a further gelatin texture. The passion fruit mousse and the green tea meringue helped to balance out the richness of these 2 desserts.
Despite we used a lot of time to take photos, the scones were still slightly warm by the time I had them and were soft and buttery still. I can imagine how good it would have tasted had I had it right away. Their cream was also a bit special using vanilla cream.
As mentioned we took quite a long time taking photos but the savory were still crunchy and their tarty choice of using tomatoes made it very refreshing for the summer.
We decided to order their shake it off "Do or Donut" and "Tell-tails"(though I prefer their Chinese Name) For "tell tails", I forgot to turn the drink and it actually had some shell decorations at the front. The drinks were huge even if you don't drink the cream. I preferred the strawberry flavor as it was more tarty and easier to finish (vanilla was not sweet as well but by the end it became a bit too much). I definitely suggest if you have a normal appetite, only order 1 to share. After the shakes, we were very full.I am already planning to come for dinner some time soon.
