Sen-ryo has always been one of my favorite sushi places. There are a wide range of sushi, sashimi and hot dishes offered in the menu. The quality of the food has been consistently good and price is also reasonable.The sweet shrimp sushi is simply fresh and sweet. The jumbo scallop has a very smooth and soft texture, and literally melts in the mouth. The sweetness of the scallop retains in the mouth. Also ordered the spicy salmon gunkan, which is made to serve. The combination of diced salmon with chilli oil, sesame sauce, onion and crispy seaweed brings a good combination.
Also ordered a hot dish- fried tofu to sum up the meal. The fried tofu is served with a clear mushroom broth. The tofu is fried till golden and has a very crispy exterior and soft and smooth interior. A simple but delicious dish. Recommend.The quality of the food is good. However, the wait time is usally quite long. Hence, would recommend to go earlier to avoid the wait.
