Good Japanese-style pastry

It is strange that the Chinese name of this bakery is British King bakery when they sell Japanese pastries. When the first one opened in Kowloon Tong, I visited a few times but was not impressed. however, recently I went to this one in Shatin. I was surprised by the variety and the quality of the products. They have many products that are very Japanese, which are very much to HONG KONG people’s liking.
