6 of us for dinner. Restaurant was doing a wild mushroom promotion but none of us were interested.Shared half a sucking pig. Skin was crispy enough.鬼馬牛肉- the 油炸鬼 was crispy enough but there was some “old oil” taste on some pieces.Steamed 東星斑- meat was tender but the fish soy sauce was way too mild. Normally I liked to savor the sauce with a bowl of rice. This time, I had to add so much sauce it felt like I was having rice with broth. 炸子雞- ok蒸肉餅- ok 鮑魚海味雜菜煲- taste was good, abalone was soso only.
