Was thinking where to get a good birthday cake in Festival Walk. Compared to other choices, Cova seems to have the best cakes in Festival Walk. But there were only 2 left for 1/2 lb ($145), one chocolate moussee and the other dark chocolate with apricot. I picked the latter because of the better look and the flavour. Not very dark chocolate, not bitter. But I like the chocolate chips and the rich and dense layers of chocolate. But dont know why I could taste some hazelnut favour too. My friend

Not very dark chocolate, not bitter. But I like the chocolate chips and the rich and dense layers of chocolate. But dont know why I could taste some hazelnut favour too. My friend likes the cake a lot but she couldnt feel there was apricot. My slice had some, but the flavour was masked by chocolate.
The only thing that needs improvement is the 'writing'. The lady wrote the first letter of my friend's name in capital letter but I wanted it in small letter (she didnt follow what I'd written!) then I asked her to write another one, so I needed to wait for some more time... I should have asked the lady to let me write the thing myself, not because of the mistake only but the handwriting.... mine should be better.
