Good and affordable price dragged down by bad, bad

Walked into the Shau Kei Wan branch today. Dad did not know where or how to order a set meal. Asked waitress where the set meal order menu was? The waitress yelled "HERE IT IS!" (in canto) twice. Her message was that we were idiots for not understanding the menu. However it was not just this one person - other waiters were unfriendly at best. On the bright side the food was cheap ($49 for beef pho at noon) and was plentiful. The food was pretty good.
