I recently visited Kowloon hum hotpot for a hotpot meal to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service. The staff were inattentive and seemed disinterested in providing a good dining experience. To make matters worse, despite the hotpot set allowing 90 minutes, the staff started cleaning up the table before our time was up. This made my friend feel rushed and uncomfortable on her special day. I hope the management addresses these issues to improv
