Alright, I am not a big fans of any Indian or Nepalese cuisine. However, i quite enjoy the food the served in Himalaya. The price is fair for dinner. It's around 90 HK dollars per head. The set dinner consisted of : Nepalese style crackers, which is assisted with 3 authentic sauces; barbecued chicken roll; indian styled rice with 3 small dishes, mashed beans, curry lamb, and veggie; naan (napalese styled bread); 2 drinks ( we had mango Yogurt) and 2 desserts.
The food that night was very freshly made. The barbecued chicken roll was freshly made, the naan smelt nice with garlic and lamb curry was mild.
Just beware that if you not too fond of spices, this might be a challenge for you.
The manager was an Indian I suspect. However, he was very well mannered and served us with lots of patience. He changed the original naan for us to the one with garlic on top for free; also he gave us a free dessert ( since there's only 2 desserts coming along with the set dinner).
At the end, the waiter gave us 2 small dishes to refresh our breath. One dish contained of sugar, the other contained of spices. So, you've got to grab some sugar and some spices and eat them together. It's a strange experience but a fun one.
