I don’t know why there are sooo many Japanese restaurants here in Hong Kong but surprisingly, most of them are in the above-average standards and 50% of these restaurants do have good food! Even for some non-franchised small maybe home-owned ones, also get some good signature choices. I seldom have sushi or sashimi back home simply because there isn’t many choices, just 1 or 2, so I might not be qualified as a judge when I first came to HK 3 years ago but now, I can proudly say I can tell the di

I seldom have sushi or sashimi back home simply because there isn’t many choices, just 1 or 2, so I might not be qualified as a judge when I first came to HK 3 years ago but now, I can proudly say I can tell the difference between these Japanese places lol. Not too many people on a Thursday night so we had a good start. We ordered a lot of Sashimi and else is nothing special, served fast and so, we only used 1 hour to finish our diner. One thing I need to stress is the fried cheese rice ball, I had a lot of fried cheese ball in my life but this one is so far the most satisfying piece of work! Not too crispy or sticky, just fried perfect enough and so all the rice and cheese were making this nice pleasingtaste in my mouth. Just love it.
