Crave for Soufflé Pancakes! Passed by this lovely restaurant around two weeks ago in Langham Place, with some promotions, my friend and I had decided to give it a try the next time! Today arriving here at 12:30 PM, we were the only customers. Maybe due to coronavirus, people were a bit reluctant to dine in. The environment was cozy and chill, with some cute cloud decorations. Good for people who love photo taking! Food here was also photogenic and instagram-able.Ham and Mozzarella Egg Bene
Ham and Mozzarella Egg Benedict $108
- Initially we ordered smoked salmon and spinach egg benedict, however, there was no smoked salmon. So we chose ham instead. Egg Benedict was good in the sense that the egg yolks were runny and rich. Mozzarella cheese and ham were well balanced with the Hollandase sauce. I love the salad and fried potatoes as well. The quality of this dish was above average.
Very Berry Fluffy Pancake $138
- Soufflé Pancake was really spot on! It was definitely the restaurant's signature dish! Waiting for around 20-30 minutes, my fluffy pancakes were finally served with an elegant plating. Pancakes were served with lemon cheese cream, berries jam and maple syrup. We love the sourness of the light lemon cream and jam the most! Pancakes were fluffy, hot and moist with the light flavour of berries. Not as airy as I expected. We were super full and satisfied after eating the pancakes. Maybe we will try the flavour of Ricotta Cheese or Uji Kintoki Matcha the next time.

- My friend needs caffeine everyday so she ordered a cup of americano for refreshing haha.
