HolyGaw 🇵🇭 is a new Filipino inspired fusion restaurant in Wanchai (currently, soft opening). Glad to have more Filipino food in HK, as I am missing Siargao so so so much!The lunch menu consists of three main parts: ‘rice’, pasta, and ice cream sandwich. ❌🍚 Rice is substituted by cauliflower rice, best for low-carb and keto diet 😌 🐷 Piggy ‘crispy pork sauté’ was topped with crispy pork blended in the savory chili pate. 🍦 UBE ice cream sandwich!! Can’t think of a better representation of ice cream flavors in the Philippines along mango.

Overall, you can feel the Filipino fusion taste, but the portion might be quite small for the cauliflower rice dishes. Price was totally friendly (~HKD100-150/p). 🤙🏻 Give it a try!
