Sweet Memories has launched a seasonal Strawberry Matcha Mochi Cheesecake for Christmas this year. The cake took form of a Christmas tree which made it extra festive. It was made with layers of mascarpone cream, Marukyu Koyamaen matcha, strawberries and mochi. The cake was delicious with complex flavours and texture. Unlike traditional Christmas cake, the sweetness was also balanced and not excessive. Order at least 3 days in advance for your upcoming celebrations! Available online or at Tai Koo
