I took my family for a Mother’s Day brunch here. It was the perfect choice, especially because my mom loves oysters. This buffet was predominately French cuisine, so they had lots of the standard roasted meats, breads, salads and seafood but with French classics such as duck confit, liver pate and crepes. The only element that was not French/Western was the sushi and sashimi bar. This buffet is quite pricey, but quality is of main focus. I think you can definitely get your money’s worth of oyste
This buffet is quite pricey, but quality is of main focus. I think you can definitely get your money’s worth of oysters here. They also have a table menu where you can order a variety of egg dishes, eggs Benedict, omelettes and eggs murette too. These were made fresh on order and served to the table, but you can order these as many times as you like. They were even nice enough to make an egg white omelette on request. If this wasn’t enough, they had a main course selection to mo featuring cod, lobster and pasta. I was extremely full after this to say the least! However, there is always room for dessert, there were macarons, chocolate cake, bread and butter pudding, a live crepe station with molecular ice cream and more. It was incredible.
The beverages were included too: champagne, red, white and port wine. And coffee in the end. This buffet is definitely one where you have to pace yourself, so you can try everything.
The service was among the best I’ve ever seen in Hong Kong, all the servers really made us smile and I hope they keep this standard of food and service. Excellent and highly recommend this brunch!
