In HK where food quality and customer service "together" is non-existent, we found them both at Hooked! Just ate at this place tonight. We were going to go to the place on Peel street called White Beard, but decided to give this place a try. We are glad we did - the fish was very fresh and the batter tasted great- thin and not oily as you would find in many chips shops: In fact, this is the only batter I've ever eaten as I usually find it's too greasy. White Beard (in central ferry) was very greasy and the fish wasn't fresh, this place is one we are definitely going back to. Customer Service was excellent, by the way.
In terms of Food quality-price-portion ratio- Excellent. We enjoyed the food, were full without the feeling of being ripped-off
