Zi is popular for matcha dessert but the matcha triplet disappointed me. Wanted to try more varieties with small stomach, my friend and I ordered the triplet with crème brulee, bamboo charcoal waffle, and affogato. Silky but overly sweet cream brulee, almost tasteless waffle with mild touch on bamboo charcoal. The affogato with caramel ice cream drowned in matcha latte was okay- strong tea to contrast with icy and sweet ice cream.Overall, exaggerated reputation according to the triplet.
