It has been awhile since i last meet up with my friend, thus we decided to catch up over drinks and food at a bar. He recommended that we could try The Right Place as their drink was quite interesting. It was located at Prat Ave, walking distance from K11 Tsim Sha Tsui. Made in Hong Kong cocktail - It was mixed with tangerine peel, gin, ceylon tea, whisky and some liqueur. It was presented nicely, served in a traditional chinese tea cup. It was chilly and smooth, with strong alcohol content and yet easy to drink.
Typhoon shelter style deep fried squid tentacle - It was served in a dim sum big basket, and squid was fried till very soft and crispy, chewy as well.
Pork cutlet burger with black truffle scrambled egg and fries - The chef was generous with the portion, with huge serving of pork cutlet. Fries was fried till crispy and was of thick texture. Bun was toasted till soft and crispy, and pork cutlet was juicy and chewy too. Scrambled egg was soft and smooth, with slight black truffle taste.
