I'm a regular at this restaurant because it's near my workplace and the food is great. But today I had a bad experience. I made a reservation for two a week in advance, but when we arrived, the place was packed - the only available seats were one 5-person table indoors or outdoor seating. (But it was obvious they weren't going to give us the 5-person table.)
