While I had tried their rose & strawberry cheesecake and earl grey cheesecake before, I wanted to try something new and picked this Chocolate Craquelin 特濃朱古力脆餅. It was quite disappointing because the supposedly crunchy praline base was not crunchy at all and the whole cake lacked texture with a mixture of the dark glazing choco, 71% choco mousse, 71% choco ganache and chocolate joconde. It was more like a mousse cake. Taste-wise, we could find chocolate and some nuttiness though I found it too sweet. Wouldn't encore this anymore.
With regard to service, the salesperson was a bit cool that she didn't seem very friendly and welcoming. Not such a good experience this time.
