Visited this store today and had a frustrating experience with the service. We ordered two sandwiches and two hot coffees. Right after paying, we realized we wanted to change one of the coffees to iced instead. When we politely asked to adjust the order, the staff member handling our request was visibly impatient and made a point to say that iced and hot coffees are priced differently. When we politely asked to adjust the order, the staff member handling our request was visibly impatient and made a point to say that iced and hot coffees are priced differently. Of course, we understood that—we simply wanted to modify the order and pay the difference, not expect an iced coffee at the hot coffee’s price.
It’s a small request that could have been handled with basic courtesy, but her attitude made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. The food and coffee were fine, but the poor service really affected our experience. Hopefully, the staff can be more accommodating in the future.
