Dinner on 17 Jan 2018 - bad experience and won't recommend please Food quality: 1. the signature dish - angel hair with lobster was soaked w tomato sauce - too sour and hardly taste any other taste. 2. the ordered medium rare lamb rack - took 2 minute waiting on the side table and be served. When it arrived, it turned into a nearly well done piece. The waiter changed it and served another lamb rack. Unfortunately, the skin of the re-served lamb rack was cold. 2. the ordered medium rare lamb rack - took 2 minute waiting on the side table and be served. When it arrived, it turned into a nearly well done piece. The waiter changed it and served another lamb rack. Unfortunately, the skin of the re-served lamb rack was cold.
The chef forgot to seal the skin - what a waste to a quality piece.
3. The restaurant was nearly 70 percent full. With an understaff night, I noticed that on my departure, foods were still waiting on the side tables for serving again.
