After seeing good reviews of this restaurant, we had high hopes when we tried out Morocco's. However both the food and service were utterly disappointing. My Indian fish curry was quite tasty. But my dining partner's dishes weren't served until at least 40 minutes later. He ordered some Thai noodles and vegetables, which were swimming in sauce and didn't have any Thai flavor to them (and he has been there, multiple times). Service was plain rude. Service was plain rude. When I asked when the other dishes would be served, the young waitress simply turned around and yelled something in her native language to the kitchen. No response nor apology to us for keeping us waiting so long. I cannot even blame the young girl for the bad service. Both she and another young teenage boy were working as if fully part of the restaurant team and neither one of them seemed to enjoy this one bit. And the example set by the other staff wasn't good either. My dining partner was almost snapped at when a waitress quickly took his empty beer glass, "you want another beer!" This is no way to address any guest, let alone my dining partner who is nearly 70 years old (and has the grey hair to prove it). Service charge of 10% is ridiculous with this type of service. We did not even get a simple thank you when we settled our bill.
Since most reviews were positive about this restaurant, maybe we caught this restaurant on an understaffed bad day. But our experience certainly made us decide to never come back!
