It was an awesome dining experience at INN. The butter-seared Hokkaido scallop risotto, accompanied by crab pate, crab meat, peas, and parmesan cheese, was priced at $188. While the dish was decent, it did not stand out as much as the fillet.
In addition, there was an option to add a daily soup and a set drink for an additional $38, offering an option to enhance the overall meal at an affordable price.
Overall, the restaurant's attention to presentation and the excellent execution of the pan-seared black cod fillet were commendable.
