I've never tried a ginger souffle before! This flavour was really special. Although the souffle itself was airy and light, the ginger aroma still stood out👍😋 However, this was not on the afternoon tea menu so no drinks were included. Anyway, it's still a really lovely dessert👍😍.

So sad COVID cases are rising again I guess I won't dine out in the following weeks but I would definitely come back when the situation gets better!
