I was in yuen long and saw this popular cold noodles place that my friends were taking about. They are famous for the huge portion of fish roes. I got quite a lot of takeaway since my friends were coming to my house. Everything was freshly made so it took quite awhile. One of my friends is a rice lover so I got a box of fried rice and udon. It was a huge portion! There were sausages, sweet corn, crab meat and lots of garlic in both the fried rice and their special spicy garlic sauce. The chicken

The chicken cartilage were crispy and crunchy. They were a good snack with beer.
I bought a bottle of their special garlic sauce as I like like garlic very much and it said I can just cook noodles at home and just add a few spoons of it. Then I will have something like the cold noodles they are making so I bought a jar home.
My favourite cucumber salad was yummy, the cucumber were sliced into very thin strips which was a perfect fit for my mouth. There was lots of mayonnaise with crab meat, scallop, sweet corn and fish roes. I ate a lot of it when I felt too spicy with the noodles.
I got the famous spicy noodles, there was lots of fish roes! The cold noodles were tasty with the spicy garlic sauce. There was lots of garlic which I really enjoyed.
The noodles in the cup is very convenient if we are eating on the street, again the portion is a lot. There’s something special for this cup noodles as they have egg white on the top. Actually the noodles tasted quite good with the egg white.
I also got a small pack of cold noodles for one of my friends as she doesn’t eat very spicy food. This small pack reminded us when we were young, we enjoyed buying them on the street after school. My friend liked it because it wasn’t that spicy.
