Came here for lunch and pho is a perfect lunch time food. Having tried so many pho places in the states my standards for pho is very high. I would say the broth is very good. Beefy and tasty but the type of noodle used is not my favorite, it is kinda of too soft for my Taste. And plus it is kind of pricy for a bowl of decent pho. I would go somewhere else for a similar experience. But I would say the pho broth is one of the best I tasted in hk.
