Once a must visit place for me when I was small, I came back today after many years. I came with my camera and it could sometimes be quite intimidating to the people especially to a relatively older lady working in the stall.I took out the camera trying to take some snapshots of her making the egg puff. She immediately said to me, it is okay if you take photos of the egg puff but not her. Being an adorable lady, I complied with her request and she was so helpful during the process and she asked

Being an adorable lady, I complied with her request and she was so helpful during the process and she asked if I were visiting HK, and I told her I once always visit the place and was very nostalgic with how good their egg puffs were and still are today. She invited me into her work space and urged me to take as many photos as I wish.

It is these kind of local and heartwarming experiences you get in such neighbourhood that remains you to always be the best person you could and in return you will always get the best food out of a person no matter he/she being a 3-star Michelin chef, or simply in this situation, a lady that makes over 300 puffs a day.
