This is one of my favourite restaurants in Hong Kong, the food is amazing and there aren’t so many authentic Swiss restaurants here. It doesn’t look so fancy outside, the wooden door is more like a cozy chalet~ Since it is weekday night, we can still get a seat even we didn’t make reservation.I generally come here on Saturday or Sunday, hence I am pretty surprise there is dinner set menu!! I always find their menu is confusing to read lol, not just because of the colors but also the listing styl

, not just because of the colors but also the listing style haha. My friend and I decided to ask for help from the waitress about the confusing dinner menu lol

. Finally, we ordered a two courses dinner set and a cheese fondue to share.

The waitress will bring a basket of bread for you to choose, and you can choose two bread

Fettuccine Alfredo with Parma Ham and Paris Mushroom (Appetizer)

After a while, Fettuccine Alfredo with Parma Ham and Paris Mushroom has been served to the table

~~ I can smell the cheese from far away and the waitress has grated some more parmesan cheese for us

!! You just cannot resist the creamy texture of the fettuccine and it is SUPER cheesy and I can taste a bit of white wine within the sauce

. That’s why I always have confidence and feel comfortable to spend my money here

The cheese fondue take a bit of time and we are starving

. Ultimately, ES PURRE FONDUU MIT CHNOBLI mit opis Filee, Hardopfeli and Gumes, the cheese fondue that we ordered has arrived the table

!! There is Vacherin Fribourgeois cheese melted in the pot and they have added some white wine in it. I think white wine is a must for cheese fondue, because white wine can bring out the cheese flavor

. The fondue serves with a bowl of bread cube, chopped beef and some veggies. The texture of the cheese fondue is really smooth, which is ready for dipping bread, beef and veggies!! The beef is really tender and juicy, and it feels like drinking white wine when eating beef

While we were enjoying the cheese fondue, the main course US Prime Sirloin has served to us. We were sorts of full already as the fettuccine and cheese fondue is quite heavy

. Nevertheless, the sirloin looks so tempting with the herbal butter melting on top

!!!!
