Each table includes a seafood platter, and each person can get a pasta or main dish. The seared cod fish is simply served with vegetables, the skin is beautifully pan seared and topped with shaves of black truffle.

The Guinea fowl is gorgeously dished and wrapped with bacon, a little crunchy, perfectly tasty and has a flavor close to chicken. We also got a honey-glazed rack of lamb and a lobster angel hair pasta cooked in tomato sauce.

Finally, the dessert platter has a combination of tiramisu, pecan pie, chocolate tart and carrot cake. But surprisingly, I am much impressed by the vanilla ice cream that comes at last.
