Have always found restaurants in Tai Hang very interesting, it seems to have a good mixture of fine dinning, casual dinning and street food. At the same time it's got a bit of everything from French food to local cha chan tang. Located on one of the side streets, it does have a pretty big store front. The menu was quite small in terms of variety so in a way it's quite easy to order. Started with a beef tartare, quite spicy and bottom layer was made by pear. Not bad at all. The lotus chips works

Then some vegetables came. The Brussels sprouts was a little sweet as it's cooked with honey and sherry vinegar. Asparagus was normal, nothing too fancy about it except the sauce/mayo which had an orange zest to it.

Then went on to clams. The two pieces of sourdough worked really well with the creamy sauce.
As you can see, the portions were quite small so we decided to add another dish, and probably my favorite dish of the night, chilli crab linguine. Quite spicy and has a hint of South East Asian spices.
Finally the sea bass fillet which was quite mediocre to be honest. The sauce feels quite Thai which was interesting. Fish itself was kind of overcooked. But thumbs up to the artistic presentation of the dish though.
Overall, quite a nice Sunday casual dinner. I would love it more if the portions were bigger but I do like the SEA and western fusion here. Fish was slightly disappointing but I believe there could be better choices there.
One point though, I did think that the chairs were quite hard and uncomfortable.
