I went to Sweet House Cha Cha after I bought my macarons at Pierre Herme.
This time I tried out something else other than their Uji matcha soft serve.
So, I ordered this:
It's served with Japanese mochi, Hokkaido red bean & Uji matcha jelly.
The Hokkaido red bean is a really good combination with the matcha soft serve. The red bean still has some bites to it, which was kind of interesting texture compare to the matcha soft serve.
The Japanese mochi were chewy like ordinary mochi, which is a common thing that find in Japanese style dessert.
The Uji matcha Jellies were in a darker shade of green compare to the Uji matcha soft serve. The jellies were very silky in texture. It tasted extra strong in matcha flavor if you eat the Uji matcha soft serve together with the Uji matcha jellies.
Another thing I tried on last visit but I forgot to mention was:
Well...I still love their Uji matcha soft serve the best!
