Despite enjoying the quality of the dishes at Thai Basil, our dining experience was marred by the poor service we received. It seemed that the waitstaff intentionally prioritized regular customers or those who spent more, leaving us feeling neglected and forgotten. We often had to repeatedly request basic things like water or service, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The condescending looks we received from the waiters and waitresses further added to our sense of being unwelcome.
While initially, we questioned whether we were being overly sensitive, we discovered that numerous other online food reviews echoed our dissatisfaction with the service. It appears to be a recurring issue.
We sincerely hope that Thai Basil can address these concerns and elevate their service to match the exceptional quality of their food and the value it offers.
