My friend and I were lucky when we visited Lung Cha. It was closing, but was kind enough to take our drink orders.I came for black sugar bubble milk, as it was once reported in social media as Lung Cha’s signature. However, I found it just so so, as the bubbles were quite chewy, as in not cooked enough thoroughly. The black sugar and milk were ordinary, nothing special to wow you.Maybe their food would be more appealing?
