By far this is the best value rice noodles I have ever had! For HKD$44, you can have 3 toppings in various soup base. I chose handcraft beef balls, shrimp wantons, and mud carp fish balls. The soup base was kinda like laksa, but it wasn’t oily nor salty at all, felt like it’s MSG free, that’s why I ended up drinking most of it when having my needle noodles! The beef balls were definitely a must order. It was so bouncy and rich in beef flavor. The shrimp wantons were very fresh and yummy too! Mud carp fish balls were good but a bit ordinary.
I don’t often get to order needle noodles in noodle shops, that’s why I went for it when I saw it on the menu. And of course, it didn’t disappoint!
