Best Roasted Goose

This was my second visit to the shop.  I previously had the cheaper dish of rice with roasted goose (焼鵝飯).  The skin was crispy and the meat was tasty.  For $55 it was quite a pleasant dining experience.  But due to its popularity, the place is constantly packed out.  So last Saturday I just bought some take out.  I decided to go for the more lavish rice with roasted goose (whole leg portion)   for $88.  It was still piping hot when I got home, and this was one of the best roasted goose rice dis

This was my second visit to the shop.  I previously had the cheaper dish of rice with roasted goose (焼鵝飯).  The skin was crispy and the meat was tasty.  For $55 it was quite a pleasant dining experience.  But due to its popularity, the place is constantly packed out.  So last Saturday I just bought some take out.  I decided to go for the more lavish rice with roasted goose (whole leg portion)  [原隻焼鵝肶飯] for $88.  It was still piping hot when I got home, and this was one of the best roasted goose rice dish I have had for a long long time.  I sense they smoked the leg portion for a bit after roasting it so the smoke aroma was really strong.  Quite a bit for a rice box, but now and again, it's nice to splurge a bit on something so delicious and rewarding
