第一次吃#churros 是在2019年末時在#Barcelona。新鮮炸好的churros配上熱的黑朱古力。吃過一次之後，久久不能忘懷。因為隔天就要坐早機回香港，所以即使想在當地再吃一次，也沒機會再吃。本想在2020年再找一次去Barcelona，重溫這個小吃，然後就是COVID-19出現。於是只好在香港，不停去找churros，想找回那時能吃到的味道和感覺。TWIST & BUCKLE, 應該是我吃過最近似於那時我在Barcelona吃到的味道和口感了。如果想找最近似西班牙的churros，真的該來這間無誤😃雪糕，如果不是超級嗜甜，我覺得倒是可以省略。下次再來，應該會點加上糖霜的試試。🍦Cookies and Cream ($48)Back to the time when I first tried the churros, I was in Barcelona, Dec 2019. Back to the time when I first tried the churros, I was in Barcelona, Dec 2019. The freshly made churros with the hot dark chocolate was being served and it was literally one of the best things I tried when I was in Barcelona.
I was so wanted to have it again. However, my flight back to HK was in a really early morning the other day, thus, didn’t have a chance to have it again before I came back.
I was planning to visit the city again, but then, COVID-19 happened.
I can then only try to have it in HK and hopefully can find the taste again. And for the restaurants I went to have the churros, I wouldn’t say they are not good but it’s just not the same thing I tasted in Barcelona until I came to TWIST & BUCKLE.
The churros was almost the same I had in Barcelona. The texture, the taste, the crispy level, it makes me nostalgic. I will come back for it.
As for the ice cream, I think it suits for the sweet tooth who loves sweet ice cream.
