I am always a fan of Big Grain’s croissant. First time getting to try their ma douce’s cakes. Price has been slightly gone up since the time I had it. This earl grey dacquoise has a layer of meringue on the bottom, decadent earl grey ganache in the middle and lots of homemade earl grey mousse. 平時甚少過海，一有機會去佐敦就會去品穀佐敦分店買牛角包🥐（超好食!）仲有各類嘅特色包點。記得一開個時成日排長龍。而家灣仔都有開分店係一大喜事！
今次第一次試佢哋賣嘅ma douce蛋糕。以自家調製嘅伯爵茶葉製作蛋糕，具有獨特濃郁香味，令蛋糕層次感帶來深度。
底層:伯爵茶蛋白餅
夾層:伯爵茶甘納許、伯爵茶夾心和伯爵茶慕斯
面層: 牛奶朱古力
層次感剛好，不會太多令蛋糕特顯不了獨特性，同時亦唔會覺得太單調。朱古力甜味唔會蓋過整個伯爵茶嘅味道，甜道適中，哩個蛋糕係數月來食過最好味嘅蛋糕
