The below-standard customer service of this restaurant just ruined my father’s birthday dinner. While they could ask us to pay a deposit for a banquet before the dinner separately, when we paid the bill and requested for a small favour of dividing a bill of over $4,000 into two bills for the parking redemption. They just said could not help. What a double standard it was?I cannot imagine how a claimed to be professional restaurant chains in wedding banquets even could not provide such simple cus

I cannot imagine how a claimed to be professional restaurant chains in wedding banquets even could not provide such simple customer service to a bill over $4000! This is definitely the first time and last time I visit this restaurant.
