This restaurant has actually been on my quick eat list for a while, as it’s a sister restaurant of one of the popular Japanese Bbq chains in Japan. Their famous don includes the beef tower don and their pork don. We are lucky enough to try their seasonal edition pork don with Yuzu and runny egg 🍳 each slice was perfectly cooked and blended well with the soft boiled egg, we can also tasted the yuzu flavors on top which was pretty yummy!  I loved it so much as I haven’t tasted anything like this in Hong Kong from the past. It definitely worth the wait and I see where the hype goes now. The beef sauce was on the sweeter side which I like and the prawn 🍤 were delicious 😋

 overall, a very satisfying meal and the price wasn’t too expensive too. Perfect for any beef/Japanese lovers; will definitely try their ox 👅 next time!
