Cheese sticks came to the table barely warm , clearly fried long time ago, and just slightly warmed up , which it was almost cool down when served . That means when we took a bit of the cheese stick , there was no such “stretching cheese” at all because the sticks were sitting in the kitchen a long time to wait for customer’s order. Therefore we ordered the Bbu-Linkle Chicken Drumsticks. The chicken were served just fried and hot , crispy and juicy , coated with sweet cheese powder . The yogurt sauce balanced the heavy cheese flavor . It’s wonderful !!
Ordered a Spicy Pork Bone Soup, served BARELY WARM AGAIN , not spicy at all might be adjusted to the local Hong Kong tongues.
It is Unacceptable to serve both the Cheese Sticks and Pork Bone Soup barely warm . Especially when we were expecting some hot soup during the cold weather and turned out the soup completely cold just after 10 mins .
What’s the point serving with that Korean Hot Stone Bowl with cool down food ? Isn’t it easy for the kitchen just to reheat it a bit?
Overall it was okay considered the main dish fried chicken hot and crispy with excellent flavor .
Management gotta pay attention to the quality control of the over all food , especially the side menu and soup.
