Long time no Chinese noodles. Came here for a simple afternoon tea on Sunday. It was not hard to find two seats.Ordered 2 noodles to share. They ordered very fast.Ordered this signature 招牌牛三寶米缐. The soup seemed ok. I drank a bit but not thirsty at all afterwards. The beef tendon were the best which were so thick and tender. 紫菜八寶丸河 had loads of seaweed. 紫菜八寶丸河 had loads of seaweed. The soup, claimed to be made from shark bones, 響螺 and pork bones free of MSG, was pretty clear. I drank quite a bit and it really seemed to be free of MSG. The fish ball was pretty good, of really quite perfect chewy texture. Same for the deep-fried fish pieces. The beef ball was chewy and had rich beef flavour too! The 貢丸 was delicious too.
It's so good to have exposure to different types of food, cuisines and restaurants!
