The 清油麻辣火鍋 "boiled oil and pungent spicy hot pot" soup base was very buttery and oily. Good aroma but not spicy at all and had quite a lot of MSG. The mutton here was not very gamey like other Mongolian mutton. Just frozen quality and slightly tough. Honestly just mediocre and a bit pricey. Staff were not attentive either. However it was convenient to order with the pad!Buying a Haidilao soup pack of and better quality ingredients would be much cheaper and tastier than dining in Haidilao.
