Nice decor. BBQ : they use a fat that doesnt work very well so by the time the BBQ surface is hot the food sticks and there are a lot of black little burnt bits on the plate.To avoid this the staff come around regularly to change the hot plate (including when you have meat cooking on the plate) ... But this means you are putting half cooked meat onto a cold plate so the meat is stewing! Not bbq-ing!!!You are supposed to BBQ meat on a HOT plate! Not a cold one.
