japan apple pie is famous,using japan 青森apple the apple pie 當日有buy 4get 1 free個盒好colourfulbesides apple ,the filling also has custard . 個酥皮是偏乾身，好易碎。個filling 幾香，唔會太甜膩，主要是apple 本身架甜同用custard 增多個層次同風味我覺得定價比較貴，成三十幾蚊一件，食完好似要陣風咁！ 可以一試但未去到會encore
