This is one of the most special dish tonight it’s sauce consists of a whole egg yolk and a special combination of seasoning. It really brought out the flavor and freshness of the homemade minced chicken.

Ah one of the most authentic Japanese side dish ever, here we can enjoy some of the chicken cartilage of best quality, the tenderness of meat and crunchiness of the cartilage really matches.

For me chicken wings are a must order whenever I’m in a bar, the chef here must be really passionate about their job, I can tell by the quality of their work here, it is amazing.

This is simply perfection, words cannot describe how much I enjoyed this dish. The seasoning on the perfectly roasted pork belly is the best combination I’ve ever had.

A little pricey compared to the other dishes but it’s definitely worth it. Again the flavor and tenderness never seize to surprise me.
。fried toufu $40
This is an unexpected one, the fried toufu comes in a bowl of homemade soup, I was not having much expectation but as soon as I took a bite it completely changed my perception of toufu, they successfully kept the softness of toufu but managed to add a little spice to it at the same time.
。small prawns $80
Not gonna lie I was a bit curious about this one, that’s why I ordered it to check it out. It is absolutely amazing, the small prawns are very well seasoned, they taste like chips. Just look at the large bowl, they’re basically overflowing already!
