A very impressive restaurant which newly opened at Sai Wan Ho. The restaurant is very clean and the staffs are very kind. They explained the menu clearly. We ordered two pots which were Tom Yum Soup and Cheese Tomato Soup. Both soup tasted good and they also gave us a little bear which was chicken soup. We put into the soup to increase more flavor to it. We ordered Set B which was Japanese A3 Wagyu Beef, Hokkaido Pork and Seafood Platter. We paid $1 to get A5 Wagyu Beef and it was very tender. We ordered 3 times in total HAHA! And the seafood was very fresh and they took from Philippines. It had include fish, scallops, shrimp, oyster and clams. A great portion for 2 pax to share. Restaurant has set up a counter for customers to get the vegetables, meatball, seafood etc. There were more than 10 choices of the vegetable. We talked to the staff and they mentioned that they got the vegetables from their own farm!
