Tried out this new Shanghai restaurant at Telford Plaza the other night. The place isn't massive but was comfortably seated and was busy already at 7pm. Ordered quite a few things with a group of 5. Everything taste great and the price is very reasonable. My favourite dishes were the steam pork dumplings, the noodles with sea urchin and hairy crab (couldn't resist a bit during this hairy crab season) and the fried prawns with salted egg yolk. The pumpkin cake for dessert is surprisingly good too

Value for money, comfortable environment and good service. The manager told us that this is a restaurant chain and have other outlets in town, will definitely come again.
