Roasted pork cutlet with pimento sauce
The pork chop is quite small, it's enough for me a girl, not sure if it will be enough for boys.
The potato mash is smooth and buttery. Love the pimento sauce, fragrant and goes well with the pork.
Mussels (250g) simmered with white wine,shallot & cream, served with French fries.
Mussels are very small , it is non-stoppable. It carries the creamy white sauce and you can taste a bit of the sea. Love the fresh friesI dipped them in the white wine sauce! Yum!
