If you are looking for something hot and fast, go to Amphawa. Amphawa is a coastal area in Thailand. The ships there are busy in selling food, like those in Sai Kung. This is a little introduction that I have read while waiting outside the restaurant. I guess the chefs and waitresses are Thai people which gives me an impression that the food there will be quite a representation of the local Thai food. And most importantly, they speak good English which makes the order of food easier.

There are satay grilled delights selling at the door. You can also order those in the food store. But my friend and I didn't go for that. We picked the traditional dishes - pineapple fried rice and morning glory with Balachan.

There is not much seafood in the fried rice, possibly there is only 1 piece of shrimp, oyster and squid. This is a bit disappointing. The Thai sausage is hiding inside the fried rice. The sausage comes in a chunk of small pieces. Make sure that you break the chunk if you are sharing the dish with friends, otherwise, you will get all the sausage in your share. I like the chestnuts more personally.
The morning glory is yummy and hot. The garlic on top adds the flavor to the whole dish. I am impressed that the veggie is not salty and oily.

All-in-all, the food is efficiently prepared. I would suggest ordering the third dish if you go in pairs, and so on.
