A Great New Bakery in K-Town

Soft Thunder is a new bakery in Kennedy Town, which sells delicious looking bakery items.Having its soft opening in Chinese New Year, quite a lot of customers were lining up for these eye-catching bakery items.Staff were busy packing orders.This piece of Canelé was absolutely amazing! The crunchy, dark layer of thick caramelized crust was very enjoyable! Not overly sweet. The custard center was very delicious too!I also got a Cinnamon Roll. The buttery, flakey swirl layers were nicely flavoured

 I also got a Cinnamon Roll. The buttery, flakey swirl layers were nicely flavoured with cinnamon. Definitely one of the best cinnamon roll in town!

Living in Kowloon east, I sincerely hope that I can visit this this cute little bakery on the opposite side of Hong Kong soon…
