Going to start of by saying that WOW that was a crazy yummy dinner! My friend and I are big hotpot lovers and we were very hungry from a long day of work. We found this place on Openrice after searching for good restaurants in the area. We couldn't find the english menu at the time so here is a photo for anyone's reference! We got to go without waiting at 5:35pm because it was still early but after 15 minutes there was already a line out the door!Your dinner party needs to order the same meal typ

Your dinner party needs to order the same meal type so we ordered the Supreme Beef Buffet course which costs 179 per person but after taxes we paid 197 each at the end of the night. You can eat all the Supreme beef and Danish crown pork slices you'd like, plus the hotpot buffet offerings for 90 minutes.
You also get to choose your own individual soup bases. I got the Sukiyaki while my friend got the Chicken Collagen soup base. Good to mention that the chicken soup comes with chunks of cooked chicken in it too. My friend enjoyed it a lot! And staff were quick to refill your soup pot when the stock is boiled down from cooking. The Sukiyaki was really sweet and tasty which is exactly how I liked it but I was a little sad that an egg costs extra. I didn't order one in the end.
The quality of the meat is good for its price. Not that fatty but very flavorful. The pork was especially good as well. The buffet had lots of great fresh produce and hotpot staples. My favorite are the round fish cakes with cheese in them! Wintermelon slices, fried tofu skin rolls, enoki mushrooms, chinese cabbage, silken tofu, and cooked udon noodles were my other go to items. They also have egg or instant noodles if that is your preference and they have different varieties of greens available too. The buffet also comes with a condiments section, different juice pitchers, as well as a Haagen Daaz ice cream dessert section.
All in all I have to say that the quality in this restaurant is better than most conventional chain hotpot places in HK. I couldn't manage to take any food photos because I was too busy stuffing my face! It was so delicious and I would definitely go again and would be quick to recommend it over the usual places. Brave the lines or drop by early if you can!
